Virtual Doula Support - Available Worldwide

If you are wanting the guidance & experience of a doula, but not sure about the additional person in your birth space, we can work together virtually.

We will meet via Zoom two times during your pregnancy. In these meetings we will review things like comfort measures, your birth plan, and partner support. After our meetings, your birth partner will feel much more confident advocating for you and understanding your birth plan, and knowing how to provide physical & emotional support.

Virtual clients also have 24/7 access to me via text and phone call, starting immediately after booking support. I am on call for your birth, and available for text, phone call and FaceTime support throughout your birthing time.

We will also meet one time via Zoom in the first couple weeks of your baby’s life. During this meeting, we will debrief your birth, answer any questions that you have from your birth or so far in postpartum (baby’s sleep, basic breastfeeding questions, etc) and check-in on your emotional state. I am happy to provide resources at this meeting, or over the next 6 weeks that I am still available 24/7 for text and phone support.
