Birth is sacred, powerful, and deeply personal—and it’s an honor to walk alongside families as they reclaim it as their own.

Since 2022, I’ve supported births across Omaha and Lincoln, offering grounded presence, intuition, and steady support. My own journey—from fear in my first births to deep confidence with my third—taught me that birth is far more than a physical event; it’s a rite of passage. That experience was the re-membrance that birth is sacred. It is my belief that if we all knew the power of birth, we would change the world.

I feel especially aligned with homebirth and undisturbed physiological birth, and I love supporting women who trust (or want to trust!) the wisdom of their body and the unfolding of the process. This calling continues to deepen through my studies in Whapio’s midwifery cohort, with the long-term vision of serving families as a homebirth midwife.
